The problem

Project costs end up scattered, and overruns show up too late.

Estimates in a spreadsheet, purchases in a group chat, site costs in a notebook, invoices in another file. By the time it's all put together, the project is already over budget. Project ERP keeps it all in one place, so you spot an overrun while you can still fix it.

A real example from the demo

A Rp 225,000 overrun you'd usually spot only at the end.

An extra purchase of HPL Taco Walnut (15 sheets) on the Fit-out Kantor FinTech Nexus SCBD project.

Budgeted
Rp 3,225,000
Actual
Rp 3,450,000
Over by
+Rp 225,000

A gap this small gets lost among hundreds of spreadsheet rows. In Project ERP, the moment the expense is logged it's flagged Over Budget and shows up on the Owner dashboard, while the project has used 92% of its budget.

Alert card on the Owner dashboard: Actual Cost Variance Warning, Over Budget, an extra HPL Taco Walnut purchase over its budget by Rp 225,000.
How it works

From the first estimate to the final profit.

  1. 01

    Estimate

A bill of quantities with cost, markup, and selling price per item. You see the margin from the moment you quote.

  2. 02

    Buy, stay in control

POs above your limit wait for Owner approval. Actual cost is checked against the budget, and anything over gets flagged.

  3. 03

    Build on site

Stage board, Gantt schedule, work orders for crews and vendors, and daily reports with photos, weather, and headcount.

  4. 04

    Bill and report

Invoices for down payment, progress terms, final payment, and retention, with optional VAT. Profit and cash flow per project, ready to print.
