In short: we only keep what you send us through the form or by email, and we use it to reply to you.
Who we are
This site is run by samapp, a software studio in Indonesia, with Sultan Atha Maulana as the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
Data we receive
When you send the contact form: your name, email address, project type and message. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram: whatever you choose to share. We do not ask for anything else.
Analytics
We use Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not track you across sites, to see visit counts and which pages are opened.
Browser storage
The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. The Project ERP demo keeps its sample data in your browser only and clears it every new session. We use no advertising cookies.
Third parties that process data
The contact form is sent through Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email. Fonts are served from our own server. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Why and how long
We use your data only to answer your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a quote or contract. Enquiries that go no further are deleted after 12 months; customer records are kept as long as needed for tax and contract obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 2 working days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update date above changes with it.
